One of its best features is how private and serene it is, surrounded by lavish, beautiful greenery. The spacious, airy 2-story house is set off of the street behind a larger house, giving a retreat-like feel even though you are minutes away from the bustling city.

Another remarkable feature is the private backyard, perfect for morning coffees, or to sit, relax, get some sun, and unwind. The upstairs bedroom is tranquil and open, with a comfortable Queen bed (with a brand-new Casper mattress). There is laundry on the premises and always plenty of street parking. It is a stroll away from cute cafes, shops, restaurants and nightlife. There is a secure gate entrance at the front of the property although it's a safe and serene area.

Fully furnished, stocked kitchen with coffee, dinnerware, and cooking supplies. Great WiFi, heating and AC.

…someone thoughtful, chilled, responsible (and who may rank high on the ‘neat-freak scale’) who would like to come to LA occasionally or often, and would love a home away from home here.

Ideally, it’s someone who wants to “timeshare” with me. I come back to LA fairly often, however my schedule is usually flexible as to when that can be. If you have a similar situation, let’s talk!

I’m also open to someone needing to come here for several months that would like to “move in” for a spell.
